What do you do? I am the Co-Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at Coatue Management, where I help lead firm-wide strategy, operations, and organizational initiatives across the global investment platform. Since joining the firm more than 15 years ago, I have played a central role in scaling Coatue from under $1 billion to over $70 billion in assets under management, guiding the development of the systems, teams, and processes that support the firm’s growth. I serve on both the Executive Committee and the Operating Committee, working closely with senior leadership to drive cross-functional priorities, strengthen the firm’s infrastructure, and support long-term strategic planning.

How did the GNSS concentration shape your career? My Gender Studies background trained me to think critically about systems: how they work, where they break, and how to build stronger ones. Those same analytical skills apply directly to operations at Coatue, whether I’m designing processes, structuring teams, or solving cross-functional challenges. It also taught me to consider the human impact of decisions, a perspective that has shaped my leadership style.
