Submission Guidelines

To submit to differences: A Journal of Feminist Cultural Studies, please send your essay as an attachment, along with a brief description and cover letter, to differences@brown.edu.

Published articles follow the guidelines of the MLA Style Manual, 8th ed. (2016). We encourage authors to aim for approximately 12,500 words including notes and works cited, though we will also consider shorter or longer essays.
