Leslie Newman ’75 AM’75, P’08 ’16
Biography
Leslie Newman is a law professor at Cardozo Law School teaching legal process, judicial decision-making, legal remedies, and writing. She advises students in public interest law and runs the Lawyering and Legal Writing Program at Cardozo Law School. Earlier in her career, she practiced public interest law at Greater Boston Legal Services.
Newman earned an A.B. in history and A.M. in political science from Brown University in 1975, and a J.D. from Boston University.
