The Pembroke Center welcomes students, faculty, alumnae/i and the public to visit our current exhibits in Pembroke Hall and at the Providence Public Library.

Produced in collaboration with the Providence Public Library, this exhibit interrogates the history of cultural expectations and gender norms for girls and women. On display now at 150 Empire Street in downtown Providence.
A firsthand look at the personal and professional papers of renowned Black feminist theorist, Hortense J. Spillers, and the chance to consider how archival collections are created.
